1. Introduction

2. Eligibility

To register and use the fly99 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

  • You must be at least 21 years of age. fly99 does not permit any person under the age of 21 to register an account or participate in any betting or gaming activity on the Platform.
  • You must be a natural person acting in your own capacity and not on behalf of any third party.
  • You must not be registered as a self-excluded player with fly99 or any responsible gaming programme that includes fly99 in its scope.
  • You must not be an employee, contractor, consultant, agent, or affiliate of fly99 or any of its associated entities, studios, or payment partners, unless explicit written consent has been obtained.

fly99 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to satisfy eligibility requirements will result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account. Any funds held in an ineligible account will be subject to review before release.

Age Verification: fly99 takes its 21+ policy extremely seriously. All accounts are subject to mandatory age verification as part of the KYC process. Where fly99 has reasonable suspicion that an account belongs to a person under 21 years of age, access to the Platform will be suspended immediately pending verification. Accounts confirmed to belong to underage users will be closed without exception and all associated funds will be handled in accordance with applicable regulations.

3. Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on the fly99 Platform. The registration and maintenance of more than one account by the same individual — whether under the same name, a different name, a shared device, a shared payment method, or any other means — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts.

3.1 Registration Requirements

When registering an account on fly99, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid contact details, and preferred payment method. You must not use a pseudonym, nickname, or any name other than your legal name as recorded on your government-issued identification document.

3.2 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. fly99 strongly recommends enabling SMS OTP two-factor authentication, which is available to all account holders from the security settings panel. fly99 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.

3.3 Account Suspension & Closure

fly99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion if fly99 determines that: (a) false or misleading information was provided during or after registration; (b) these Terms have been breached in any material way; (c) the account is being used for fraudulent, criminal, or money laundering purposes; or (d) the account holder is determined to be ineligible under Section 2 of these Terms.

4. KYC Verification

Know Your Customer (KYC) verification is mandatory for all fly99 account holders. fly99 is committed to preventing fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling, and KYC is a core part of fulfilling those commitments.

4.1 Required Documents

To complete KYC verification, players are required to submit clear copies of the following documents:

  • Proof of Identity: Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), valid passport, or Bangladesh driving licence.

5.2 Minimum & Maximum Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account tier and are displayed at the point of deposit. fly99 does not charge any fees on deposits; however, individual payment providers may apply their own transaction charges, for which fly99 bears no responsibility.

5.3 Deposit Processing Time

Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to the fly99 account within seconds of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to two business days to reflect in the account balance depending on the issuing bank's processing schedule.

5.4 Failed or Declined Deposits

6. Withdrawals

7. Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

8. Betting & Game Rules

All betting and gaming activity on the fly99 Platform is governed by the general rules in this section as well as the specific rules applicable to each game type or betting market.

8.1 General Betting Rules

  • All bets placed on fly99 are final once confirmed by the system. It is the player's responsibility to verify the details of each bet before confirmation.

BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers cricket markets follow ICC playing conditions for settlement purposes.

8.3 Live Casino

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, fly99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.

fly99 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind, express or implied. fly99 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

fly99's total aggregate liability to any player for any cause of action shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to the fly99 Platform in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

fly99 is not responsible for any losses or damages arising from: (a) your failure to comply with these Terms; (b) interruption or failure of third-party payment processors, game studios, or data providers; (c) force majeure events including natural disasters, acts of government, civil unrest, or internet service disruptions; or (d) your reliance on information provided on the Platform that turns out to be inaccurate due to technical error.

13. Privacy & Data

fly99 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account on fly99, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
